SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Time After processing, estimated delivery takes 9–14 business days, depending on your location.

Total Fulfillment Time From the moment you order to delivery at your door, please allow 10–17 business days in total.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking information to update.

Delays While we work hard to deliver within the estimated window, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
